Kevin Iwasa-Madge - Athlete (Wrestling) - Class of 2024

Kevin Iwasa-Madge has spent the last two decades making a name for himself in the wrestling community. He is Milton’s most decorated high-performance wrestler, having achieved numerous accomplishments at various levels. Competing at the high school, university, provincial, national and international levels, no one could have predicted the force that Kevin would become.

Kevin attended his first practice at E.C Drury High School with no prior experience. Over the next five years he went on to prove himself repeatedly, rewriting the school record book along the way.

Applying his strong work ethic and perseverance, he strived to learn and compete. Soaring to heights no one could ever dream of, he won rookie of the year in 2004, and developed into a two-time wrestler of the year at E.C Drury.

Holding the records for all-time wins, career medals, and career golds, he also captured three 50-win seasons and is one of four Spartans with an undefeated season.

Kevin kept going. After many accolades propelled him to national and provincial levels, he continued to develop and grow.

Kevin became a two-time national medalist, finished fifth at the Pan Am Games, and earned 12th at the Junior Worlds. Through it all, Kevin established an enduring wrestling legacy at E.C Drury and within the town of Milton that is second to none.
